Britton Homes is a new builder with a strong legacy
Amid Hollyhock’s lineup of well-known and respected homebuilders is a new luxury brand, Britton Homes.
Britton Homes is part of Perry Homes, one of the largest and most respected homebuilders in Texas, now in its 49th year.
This new luxury brand represents the vision of Perry Homes under the leadership of CEO Kathy Britton, the daughter of company founder Bob Perry.
Kathy Britton grew up walking home sites with her father as a child. She held several positions with the company prior to becoming CEO, from greeting buyers in model homes to working as an attorney in land acquisition. She also mentored directly with her father, and took over day-to-day control after his unexpected death in 2013.
“For 50 years, we have been a Texas-based, family-owned business,” Britton said. “Our company has sold homes to generations of families, and our customers know they can always depend on quality and customer service. With Britton Homes, our goal is to offer this same quality and stability while meeting the design needs of the Dallas homebuyer.”
Britton Homes will focus on luxury homes in some of newest and most exciting communities in North Texas, including Hollyhock.
Building on 65-foot-wide homesites in Hollyhock, Britton Homes will offer plans priced from the low $500,000s, ranging from approximately 2,800 to 4,200 square feet.
“This company represents who my father was as a person – trusted, stable and service-oriented,” said Britton. “He taught me that our employees and our reputation are our greatest assets, so it’s comforting to me to carry forward his legacy.”
In a future blog post, we’ll have more specific information about the model home and home plans that Britton Homes is offering in Hollyhock.
