Hollyhock wraps up shopping convenience
When it comes to convenient nearby shopping, Hollyhock has millions of square feet of world-class retail in the bag.
Frisco is the fastest-growing city in the United States, according to a study from WalletHub, so it’s no surprise that the city already has more than 9 million square feet of retail. Much more is on the way, from four huge mixed-huge developments along Frisco’s fabled $5 Billion Mile, to a new Asian-flavored foodie destination.
While Hollyhock surrounds its residents with a small-town feel and 20 acres of parks and recreational amenities, a bustling universe of retail choices awaits just a few miles away.
Here’s a quick guide to shopping near Hollyhock:
Eldorado Marketplace offers more than 500,000 square feet of retail at Dallas North Tollway and Eldorado Parkway, including Market Street, a unique one-stop shopping experience that combines everyday grocery needs with gourmet specialty items, whole-health products and freshly prepared foods. Other tenants include PetSmart, AT&T and Hot Body Yoga.
Also at Dallas North Tollway and Eldorado Parkway, Parkway Towne Crossing is anchored by Super Target and Best Buy, and a new phase now under construction will bring many more stores and services. Also nearby are popular big-box stores like Costco, IKEA, Home Depot, Gander Mountain and much more.
Whole Foods Market, iPic Theatres and Pinstripes bowling are among the stores and services already open in Frisco’s famous $5 Billion Mile, just a few miles from Hollyhock. See our recent blog for an overview of what’s coming along this glimmering mile of Dallas North Tollway.
