Tour some of Hollyhock’s sister communities throughout the U.S.
Hollyhock is proud of our location in Frisco, the shining star of the thriving DFW Metroplex.
While we think there’s no other place that offers more than DFW, Hollyhock does have some amazing sister communities across the country. We’re all part of the family at Newland, the nation’s largest private developer of residential urban mixed-use communities, with more than 40 communities under way in 14 states.
The many innovations and attention to detail found in these communities helped Newland win the “Developer of the Year” award from Green Builder magazine, and five Newland communities were on RCLCO’s most recent list of the nation’s top-selling developments.
Here are some highlights of Hollyhock’s sister communities throughout the U.S. The beautiful photos at these communities’ websites definitely show the Newland difference.
- Estrella, located near Phoenix, is a gateway to the spectacular Sonoran Desert Valley, with mountain views, open spaces, and luxurious indoor/outdoor resort-style living. Newland recently celebrated its 10-year anniversary as developer of Estrella, with plans for future development that spans 20,000 acres.
- Inspiration, located near Denver, is a multi-generational community with neighborhoods for all ages plus a 55+ village. The stunning 1,023 acres include the Inspiration Club and 20 Mile House community centers.
- Symphony Park is a 61-acre mixed-use development in the heart of downtown Las Vegas. The master plan includes a total of 10 million square feet of LEED certified medical/office, retail, hotel/casino, residential, and entertainment uses to be developed over 15 years.
