It’s easy to get fit at Hollyhock
For healthy-minded Hollyhock residents, the fitness center at the Fields House offers state-of-the-art machines for both cardio and weight training routines, including treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bicycles, a Smith machine, free weights and more.
Throughout the year, Hollyhock’s Lifestyle Director also schedules fitness classes at the community, to help residents learn new tips and techniques.
Beyond the fitness center, there are many more ways that residents can keep fit at Hollyhock. They can swim at the big pool, or walk, bike or jog along the 5.5 miles of trails in the community. Fields Park is the perfect spot for outdoor yoga, Tai Chi and other routines, whether alone or with a group of like-minded friends and neighbors.
For even more of a challenge, pack up the bike or just pedal over to Hollyhock’s next-door neighbor, Northwest Community Park, where the DORBA Mountain Bike Trail has 5 distinct loops and 650 feet of climbing. This park is also home to the BMX Pumptrack & Dirt Jump Park, a 1.5-acre course designed for riders of all ages and skill levels.
Frisco is also home to a wide variety of full-service gyms and fitness centers, and many of our leading builders offer options for home gyms. So, sorry – the only thing you won’t find at or near Hollyhock is an excuse for not staying fit.
