Frisco named No.1 Most Successful City in America
Frisco is the most successful city in America, according to a list created by the career advice website Zippia, after analyzing data on median household incomes, unemployment rates and other factors from nearly 300 U.S. cities.
“If you’re thinking that Frisco is just another suburb of Dallas, well, you’d stand corrected, good sir. Because Frisco is anything but some run of the mill suburb,” Zippia editors wrote.
Zippia calls Frisco “a city in its own right,” with more than 130,000 residents. Frisco’s measures of success include the lowest poverty rate and highest median income ($112,155) in the country. Frisco also has one of the lowest unemployment rates in the country, the website noted.
For bragging rights, Texas had more cities in the Top 10 than any other state, and all are our Frisco neighbors here in the Metroplex – McKinney (No. 5) and Plano (No. 8).
In another study, Zippia also named Frisco has the No. 2 fastest-growing city in the U.S.
