Hollyhock Welcomes Fall to the Community With a Tour of Homes and Promotion

Fall Tour of Homes
Saturday, October 21 and Saturday, October 28
11am-3pm

Stop by the master-planned community’s six model homes from award-winning builders, Britton Homes, Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Drees Homes, Highland Homes and Perry Homes. The model homes are staffed with knowledgeable sales teams ready and able to walk potential buyers through their specific layouts and design features, inventory homes available for immediate move-in and thoughtfully designed community amenities.

Fields House, the 3,580 square-foot hub of social life at Hollyhock, will be open to tour as well. It’s home to a resort-style pool with a beach entry, lap lanes, a lounging shelf and a splash pad; an event lawn; a playground; a covered patio with a large, outdoor fireplace; a fitness center; and gathering spaces for residents of all ages.

Guests can complete an entry form at any of the model homes or the Fields House for their chance to win one of three fall centerpieces (pictured) designed by reknowned, local interior designer, Mark Lafferty.  The stunning centerpieces are perfect for any home’s fall décor. The two medium-sized centerpieces are valued at $300 and the large, spray centerpiece is valued at $500. Winners will be drawn and notified on Mon., Oct. 30.

Hollyhock is a haven for families seeking a richer connection to neighbors, friends, nature, art and the larger, social community of Frisco. The master-planned luxurious community is located at the Northwest corner of Frisco with room for only 800 families. Hollyhock gives residents abundant opportunities to celebrate nature, with 20 acres of recreation inside the community, and 5.5 miles of adjacent hiking and biking trails connecting to more than 300 acres of natural open space.
