Greenery, Pantone’s Color of the Year, will never go out of style at Hollyhock
Described as “a refreshing and revitalizing shade, symbolic of new beginnings,” Greenery is the Pantone Color Institute’s Color of the Year for 2017.
At Hollyhock, we salute this choice, and we’ll be celebrating the magic of greenery long after 2017 has passed, with 20 acres devoted to parks and recreation inside the community, and 170 acres of natural parkland right next door.
A fresh and zesty yellow-green shade, Greenery is also similar to the many pops of bright greens you can find throughout the six fully furnished model homes in Hollyhock.
From entryways and family rooms, to outdoor living areas and gamerooms, Hollyhock’s leading homebuilders have decorated the community’s new models to showcase leading-edge design trends such as the Color of the Year.
Pantone describes its Color of the Year as “a symbolic selection; a color snapshot of what we see taking place in our global culture that serves as an expression of a mood and an attitude.”
Why Greenery for 2017? Pantone explains: “Greenery is nature’s neutral. The more submerged people are in modern life, the greater their innate craving to immerse themselves in the physical beauty and inherent unity of the natural world.”
Whether you enjoy this beauty and unity in your new home or amid our parks and trails, we think there’s no better place to enjoy Greenery than at Hollyhock.
