Frisco Finds: Brookielynn's Bungalow
One of the highlights of Hollyhock’s “Get Your Frisco On” festival on April 21 will be six pop-up shops that pair unique Frisco artisans with Hollyhock’s homebuilders.
Each of these creative Frisco businesses will set up shop for one day only in one of Hollyhock’s beautifully decorated model homes, infusing the model with their artistic creations and offering a carefully curated selection of merchandise for sale.
With its multigenerational suite and breezy indoor/outdoor living areas, Coventry’s Design 3163 model home in Hollyhock is all about family togetherness, making it the perfect setting for the Brookielynn's Bungalow pop-up shop.
Located in downtown Frisco, Brookielynn’s Bungalow is named after the owner’s childhood tree house, where she spent countless hours playing. “It’s funny how things come full circle. Now, Brookielynn’s Bungalow is my home for all things DIY and crafty, where it’s OK that I’m usually covered in paint and glitter. I love having a place to share my talents and hobbies, and teach others how to make their own unique treasures.”
Brookielynn’s Bungalow is perhaps best known for their eight-foot-long cutout words, creating positive messages such as “Gather” and “Celebrate” for the wall. They have a Build a Bunting bar in their storefront, inviting customers to create custom words and messages to hang above fireplace mantles and other places in the home.
At the festival, visitors can register to win gift certificates from Brookielynn’s Bungalow and all of the other vendors.
Along with the model home pop-up shops, “Get Your Frisco On” will feature light bites and libations from eight popular Frisco restaurants, pubs and bakeries, along with live music, lawn games and much more. Click here for complete details about this free family event.
