Hollyhock Tour of Homes is Here
For anyone who has ever wished they could take self-guided tours through all of the new homes available in a community – all by themselves – Hollyhock’s Fall Tour of Homes is the event they’ve been waiting for.
Every weekend in October, 20+ new homes showcased on the Tour of Homes will be identified by special signs in the front yards. The front doors of these quick move-in homes will be open, ready for home shoppers to walk through from 10-6 on Saturdays and from 12-6 on Sundays.
The best place to begin a visit to Hollyhock is at one of the community’s beautifully decorated model homes, where homebuilders will have information on special limited-time incentives.
Hollyhock’s builders will be offering delicious treats and refreshments, and they will be giving away some special prizes during the tour.
For example, Perry Homes and Britton Homes will hold drawings to give away a different pair of Kendra Scott earrings during the event.
Drees Custom Homes and Highland Homes will hold drawings for gift cards valued from $50 to $100 each weekend, good at leading retailers such as Home Depot and at popular local Frisco restaurants.
For all drawings, no purchase is necessary to win, and each entry stands an equal chance of winning. Visitors should check with each homebuilder about specific rules for each drawing.
All of the new homes showcased on Hollyhock’s Fall Tour of Homes are all available for quick move-in, so new residents can start enjoying amenities like Fields House, Fields Park and miles of trails. Kids will thrive in highly regarded Frisco ISD schools.
With Frisco just ranked as the No. 1 Best Place in the U.S. to Buy a Home, and as the No. 1 Best Place to Live in America, there’s never been a better time to find a new home in Hollyhock. See new homes available on the Fall Tour of Homes.
Fields House, our amenity center, will also be open during select times throughout the event so make sure to check our Facebook page for announcements. Stop in for a free gift, treat and grab a map to learn more about Frisco's Hidden Gem.
