Frisco Fine Art Piece in Fields House

05 September . 2018

Hollyhock’s newest work of art adorns Fields Houses

Fields House, Hollyhock’s flagship recreational amenity, is now home to a beautiful new work of art by Frisco artist Randy Jacobs.

Now on permanent display, this newest addition is a glowing example of Randy’s signature style. He creates warm, emotionally evocative images that are abstract, dreamy and calming, yet alive with intense colors and layers of texture.

This piece creates a colorful backdrop for Hollyhock residents as they enjoy Fields House throughout the year, whether it’s a big community event, or just meeting a neighbor for coffee and a pastry.

Randy's art is the newest addition to Hollyhock’s community art collection, which also includes Auri Agoseris, the 19-foot-high sculpture in Dandelion Park. More artworks include the beautiful red hollyhock floral sculptures on the Teel Parkway Bridge leading to Hollyhock, and the 35-foot-tall steel monument at Hollyhock’s entry along Highway 380, featuring graceful silhouettes of the community’s namesake flower.
