What amenities does Hollyhock offer?
Hollyhock is planned to have approximately 14 acres of recreational amenities when completed. Two of the most significant amenities, Fields House and Fields Park, were completed in time for the grand opening in 2017.
With its sleek Hadrian limestone exterior, Fields House offers indoor and outdoor gathering areas for resident parties and special events, along with an indoor fitness center. The swimming pool includes a beach entry, lap lanes and lounging shelves. There’s also a children’s pool and a splash pad play area.
Across the street, Fields Park has a green event lawn and sports fields. Dandelion Park includes a playground and a towering dandelion sculpture. Hollyhock’s community trail system will connect up to a future City of Frisco park.
