    Hollyhock is a 400-acre master planned community in Frisco and the highly regarded Frisco Independent School District, offering new homes priced from the $400,000s to $700,000s.   • What amenities does Hollyhock offer?

    Hollyhock is planned to have approximately 23 acres of recreational amenities when completed. Two of the most significant amenities, Fields House and Fields Park, were completed in time for the grand opening in 2017. With its sleek Hadrian limestone exterior, Fields House offers indoor and outdoor gathering areas for resident parties and special events, along with an indoor fitness center. The swimming pool includes a beach entry, lap lanes and lounging shelves. There’s also a children’s pool and a splash pad play area. Across the street, Fields Park has a green event lawn and sports fields. Dandelion Park includes a playground and a towering dandelion sculpture. Hollyhock has a Lifestyle Director who plans a year-round calendar of special events and activities for residents.

  • What schools are Hollyhock students zoned to?

    Hollyhock is located in Frisco ISD, one of the most highly regarded school districts in Texas, with an A+ overall rating from Students living in Hollyhock are currently zoned to attend Newman Elementary School, Trent Middle School and Memorial High School. The Hollyhock master plan includes sites for future Frisco ISD schools, including a proposed elementary, middle and high school.
